Said plainly. With Essential and Growth I build the site, I host it, and it stays mine: you use it under licence for as long as the service is active — that is why I ask for nothing upfront. You can move to Buyout whenever you like and it becomes yours. Your words, your photos and your domain are yours either way. The minimum term is 12 months, because I front the build work; after the first year it runs month to month.
